1. Eligibility
- Applicants must represent a not-for-profit community-focused group, charity, club, or initiative based in or around the Redlands area.
- Entries must be submitted by an authorised representative of the group.
2. Selection
- Three community groups will be selected per campaign cycle (monthly) by the Grand View team.
- Selection is based on community impact, need, and diversity of causes.
- Successful applicants will be contacted directly and announced via Grand View social media.
3. The Campaign
- Customers who purchase Alby beer at the Grand View Hotel will receive a cap/token to vote for their preferred group.
- Voting is done by placing the cap/token into the jar of their chosen group.
- Each campaign will run for approximately one month (or as otherwise specified).
4. Donation Allocation
- At the end of each monthly campaign, the $500 donation pool will be distributed as follows:
- $300 to the group with the most tokens
- $100 each to the two runner-up groups
- The donation is made possible by Alby and is not redeemable for cash or transferable.
5. Promotion & Participation
- Selected groups may be asked to participate in promotional content, photos, social media posts, or in-venue signage.
- Groups agree to provide a logo and short bio for use in marketing materials.
6. General
- The Grand View Hotel and Alby reserve the right to amend or cancel the campaign at any time.
- Groups may only participate once per 6-month period unless otherwise approved.
