Eligibility
- Applicants must represent a not-for-profit community-focused group, charity, club, or initiative based in or around the Redlands area.
- Groups must have appropriate permission from their organisation or committee to participate.
- Only one group may host the raffle per week.
Raffle Operations
- The hosting group is responsible for supplying and managing their own raffle tickets.
- The group must sell tickets, conduct the draw, and announce the winner during the raffle event.
Our Contribution
- The Grand View Hotel will donate one meat tray for use as the raffle prize.
- The hotel will promote the community raffle as part of its regular Friday Meat Raffles (4-6pm).
- The Grand View Hotel takes no responsibility for the conduct of the raffle, sale of tickets, or distribution of proceeds.
Event Timing & Attendance
- Raffles are held on Fridays between 4-6pm at the Grand View Hotel.
- The hosting group must have at least one representative present during the event to run the raffle and liaise with venue staff.
Proceeds & Transparency
- All funds raised from ticket sales remain the sole property of the hosting group.
- Groups are encouraged to use funds for the stated community purpose.
General Conditions
- The Grand View Hotel reserves the right to select participating groups and schedule raffle dates at its discretion.
- The hotel reserves the right to cancel or postpone raffles due to unforeseen circumstances, including weather, venue bookings, or public holidays.
- By registering, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions and consent to the use of their group’s name and logo for promotional purposes.
