Returns & Refunds Policy

We follow Queensland consumer law, which means we’ll refund or replace items if they’re faulty, damaged, or not as described.

Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds for change of mind.

Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item, you’re responsible for the shipping costs. You’ll need to send the item back to us at your own expense, and we’ll invoice you for the cost of shipping the new item out.

Returns Process
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in original condition and packaging, and returned within 30 days of purchase. Proof of purchase is required.
